I worked with helping Awesome ISP, an internet service company, to create a brand identity and website that would help their customers easily sign up for internet, phone, and TV services. Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly website that reflected Awesome ISP's brand values. To achieve this, I worked closely with Awesome ISP's team to understand their target audience and business goals and helped develop a design concept that was both visually appealing and functional.
Using this concept, I created a website with a clean, modern design that prioritized easy navigation and clear calls to action. Users can easily browse Awesome ISP's service plans, compare prices, and sign up for the services that best fit their needs. I also incorporated responsive design elements to ensure the website was accessible and user-friendly across all devices. Through collaboration and iteration, we created a brand identity and website that reflected Awesome ISP's values and helped their customers quickly and easily sign up for their services.

Overview
Awesome ISP, an internet service provider, sought my help creating a brand identity. They offer phone, internet, and TV services to residents in properties they serve. The goal was to establish a distinctive, friendly brand that sets them apart from competitors and makes it easy for new customers to sign up.
Approach
To achieve this goal, we focused on promoting the ease of signing up and the advantages of working with a small local provider instead of larger internet corporations. Since their service is only available in specific locations, we emphasized print and direct mail marketing over search engine and content marketing. Our final challenge was to create a system that allows customers to sign up online, given that prices and speeds are location-dependent. We accomplished this by developing a content management system integrated with a signup form displaying available options based on the customer's location.
Marketing/Illustration
As Awesome ISP is a small, local provider, we couldn't rely on brand recognition alone. Therefore, we needed to find ways to showcase that customers had an alternative to the larger providers. To achieve this, I created engaging illustrations to use across the brand's touchpoints. Our marketing materials needed to be eye-catching and informative, ensuring that potential customers were aware of their options.
Website
We aimed to develop a modern, user-friendly website that aligned with our established brand identity. The primary objective was to allow customers residing in serviced properties to sign up for services seamlessly. To achieve this, we ensured customers could quickly locate their respective property on the website. Then, we provided information about the available options, enabling customers to choose the most suitable services and sign up. We created a content management system to manage the properties and services offered at each location.
